We have been designing and selling software suitable for small and medium sized Publishers, Mail Order Businesses, Membership Organisations and Mailing Houses since 1981.

The company produces software for Magazine Subscription Management, Advertisement
Booking, and Royal Mail Mailsort processing

Our Subscription Management and Advertisement  Booking and billing software is designed to meet the needs of small to medium sized magazine publishers with up to about ten titles.
Fastsub our magazine subscription management software can handle paid subscriptions and controlled circulation distribution for the same title, can record extensive demographic and registration data for ABC and RPA audits, and includes a powerful forms and report generator. Magazines can be despatched using Royal Mail Presstream services.
FastAd our Ad Booking and Billing package handles all booking activities for magazine advertisements  including booking, copy chasing and invoicing, provides forward booking and other management information, and exports invoices to Sage or other accounts packages.
Our Mailsort Software called Mailkit can handle Royal Mail Mailsort 1400, Mailsort 120 and Presstream  services and is available in standard and professional versions. The Professional    version is designed for mailing houses that accept address files from many different clients, the   Standard version is used by companies who do their Mailsort processing in house. Both versions of Mailkit separate addresses into UK, Europe and Rest of World files by reference to the Royal Mail IsortA country list, and have been fully updated for Pricing in Proportion.

Hallbook is software for managing the bookings for rooms, halls and other facilities. It provides a diary for each facility and records bookings and raises invoices for room hire and related items.  These may then be exported to an accounts system.
